We cast products mainly in LM6 high silicon, LM20, and LM4 utilising the gravity die casting method. We have made Pistons, valve bodies, brackets Pulley wheels and many other products.

Sand Casting Production

We make a variety of castings mainly in the following alloys, LM6 Low silicon,LM4, LM25, G-AlSi7Mg, A356,1. We are however not limited to only the aforementioned as we have the capability of casting to your required specifications. Our products include but are not limited to ; pump casings, pump housings, impellers, fans, bearing housings, grease caps, manifolds, sumps, gearbox housings, gearbox caps/ covers, and impeller blades just to mention a few. Our products are delivered either in the as cast condition or heat treated condition as per requirements.
